Each year on Earth Day, our students gain a deeper appreciation for the planet and the importance of sustainable thinking and living. This year, we talked about plant life and the role trees play in keeping the earth a livable place. In each class students discussed and pondered the pros and cons of cutting trees (deforestation) and realized how one tree can provide life for generations, and in more ways and to more species than just one.
